We at Talent Acquisition Network are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to reinforce our Talent team. Depending on the assignment you can work from all over the world, but you will always be a part of our international Recruitment Team and work closely together with both local & international hiring managers. You will report directly to the client and can brainstorm and learn from other consultants.
This is the perfect position for someone who is ready to start as a freelancer but is still looking for some support from other top recruiters.
What you will do
- Connect not only with candidates but also expand your network with interesting hiring managers
- Identify, qualify and attract the best talent
- Support managers in their recruitment needs
- Write up attractive job-adds
- Manage candidate pipelines
- Setup online meetings for (and with) the candidates
- Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and the Talent team
- Help us to build and promote the Talent Acquisition Network brand
You will also be involved in expanding our organization to let everybody know that we are here and that we deliver high end Recruitment solutions for our clients and also for our candidates.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 years of experience in recruitment and a Bachelor’s degree. You have gained successful recruitment experience in a corporate environment or at a recruitment agency.
